• Prepare and maintain reports, spreadsheets, and basic documentation

• Monitor and organize files, shared drives, and documentation for ongoing projects

• Proven experience in an administrative, assistant, or coordinator role

• Good to have experience in Graphic Design/Image Editing
• Comfortable working in a fast-moving, international environment
• Good command of MS Excel/Google sheets and digital tools (e.g. Google Workspace, Trello, or project management software)
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy
• Fluent in English communication
