We are a remote company spread across seven countries and five continents. Applying for this entry level position, you will work remotely from home in India with colleagues and stakeholders in multiple geographies, reporting directly to the Head of IT.

Duties and Responsibilities
  1. Provide remote technical support across the company. Diagnose and resolve technical issues.
  2. Manage employee laptops and mobile phones through endpoint management solution.
  3. Manage the IT department’s on and off boarding processes.
  4. Application management, including setup and configuration, permission management, patching, backup and business continuity.
  5. Monitor and test PC performance and provide PC performance statistics and reports.
  6. VPN and anti-virus installation, management, and troubleshooting.
  7. Evaluate and recommend hardware and software products for purchase.
  8. Liaise with third-party support and PC equipment vendors.
  9. Manage IT asset register of software and hardware.
  10. Undertake small to medium-sized IT projects as instructed.
Requirements and Experience:
  1. 1 – 3 years of experience as an IT intern or junior IT support assistant.
  2. A Bachelor’s degree in IT or equivalent experience.
  3. Good experience in troubleshooting desktop operating systems remotely.
  4. Ability to work independently from home and drive outcomes virtually.
  5. Excellent English communication skills (both verbal and written), with the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of employees.
  6. Flexibility with your work schedule as you will need to on/off board employees in different time zones.
  7. Programming or scripting experience is beneficial.
  8. Strong and stable internet connection of at least 15 MBPS.
