About the Role
Were looking for a skilled and detail-oriented On-Chain Analyst to join our growing team. Youll be responsible for analyzing blockchain data, identifying wallet behavior, tracking fund flows, and generating actionable insights that impact our product, security, and strategy. This role requires a strong understanding of blockchain ecosystems, DeFi protocols, and on-chain data tooling.

Key Responsibilities
- Analyze on-chain activity across major blockchain networks (Ethereum, BSC, Arbitrum, Solana, etc.)
- Monitor and investigate wallet behavior, token movements, and protocol interactions
- Track and label entities (e.g., CEX wallets, whales, hackers, MEV bots, smart contracts)
- Build dashboards and reports for protocol usage, TVL, user behavior, and transaction trends
- Identify and respond to unusual or malicious on-chain patterns (e.g., exploits, rug pulls, wash trading)
- Collaborate with security, compliance, product, and growth teams to inform decisions with real data
- Use on-chain intelligence to support:
- Security investigations
- Market analysis
- Tokenomics design
- Risk modeling
- Regulatory compliance
- Contribute to research publications, internal alerts, or blog posts on key on-chain events and findings
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of public blockchains (Ethereum, EVM chains, Solana, etc.) and DeFi protocols
- Proficiency in on-chain data tools such as:
- Dune Analytics (SQL)
- Nansen
- Arkham
- Flipside Crypto
- Glassnode, The Graph, Chainalysis, EigenPhi, etc.
- Strong SQL skills (PostgreSQL/BigQuery)
- Ability to write custom queries to extract and analyze blockchain data
- Comfortable using Python, JavaScript, or other languages for data analysis
- Understanding of wallet structures, smart contract events, token standards (ERC-20, ERC-721, etc.)
- Familiarity with DeFi primitives like AMMs, lending, bridging, staking, etc.
- Ability to interpret technical data and present it in simple, visual formats
