A leading tech solutions provider is seeking an experienced OMS Developer. This is a full-time role based in Bengaluru requiring over 8 years of experience in eCommerce and OMS domains. The ideal candidate should have extensive backend development experience, particularly in core Java/J2EE and cloud-based architectures. This position also requires familiarity with various Commerce subsystems, making it a critical role for system maintenance and integration.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience with at least 5 years in eCommerce and/or OMS domain.
• Extensive backend development experience with core Java/J2EE.
• Experience deploying and maintaining cloud applications, preferably on AWS.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and troubleshoot end-to-end systems.
• Integrate with third-party web services synchronously and asynchronously.
• Work with onsite teams during PST hours.

Job Title: OMS Developer L3 Support

Location: Kochi/Bangalore - Full time

Experience: Mandate more than 8 years of experience

Job Description

• 8+ years of experience with at least 5+ years in eCommerce and/or OMS domain
• Good End-to-End knowledge of various Commerce subsystems including Storefront, Core Commerce backend, Post Purchase processing, OMS, Store/Warehouse Management, Supply Chain, and Logistics processes
• Proficiency in at least two areas beyond eCommerce is mandatory
• Extensive backend development experience with core Java/J2EE, Microservice architecture, and cloud-based architecture (preferably AWS)
• Knowledge of integrations with downstream subsystems like Search frameworks, Payment gateways, Product Lifecycle Management, Loyalty platforms, Recommendation engines, and Promotion frameworks
• Experience with downstream eCommerce systems such as OMS, Store Systems, ERP
• Additional knowledge of OMS and Store domains is advantageous
• Experience in Service Oriented Architecture
• Web Services development and integration (RESTful, headless applications)
• Ability to understand, maintain, and troubleshoot end-to-end systems
• Understanding of Data Structures and Entity models
• Experience deploying and maintaining cloud applications, preferably on AWS
• Expertise in integrating with third-party web services synchronously and asynchronously
• Knowledge of AWS Lambda, API Gateway, CloudWatch, SQS, SNS, EventBridge, Kinesis, Secret Manager, S3
• Knowledge of major eCommerce/OMS platforms is a plus
• Working knowledge of Production Application Support
• Familiarity with Agile, CI/CD, GitHub/Bitbucket
• Experience with observability tools like NewRelic, DataDog, Grafana, Splunk
• Understanding of L3 support processes and collaboration with L1/L2 teams
• Flexibility to work overlapping hours with onsite teams (PST hours)
