Job description

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Should be able to troubleshoot laptops, desktops, firewall, router, printer, etc.
2. Knowledge of Windows and Chrome OS is a must.
3. Troubleshooting problems related to PC, printers/scanners, local area network, mail configuration, data migration, etc.
4. Good knowledge of video conferencing, Hangout Meet, Google Drive, etc.
5. Resolving queries as and when required by providing assistance as per defined areas.
6. Service level agreement, vendor management, incident management, and problem management.
7. Maintain installed PCs, networks, telephone systems, and peripherals with routine checks.
8. Providing assistance on Windows PowerShell, setting up network printer/scanner, data recovery, and local LAN setup (punching IO, crimping Cat6 cables along with wall mounted issues).
9. Backup management.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹15,000.00 – ₹20,000.00 per month
