Job summary

GE HealthCare in Bengaluru seeks a seasoned Order Management Lead to ensure regional order processes and KPI definition were established and measured for improved performance. You will collaborate with Sales, Finance, and global teams to ensure compliant, timely fulfilment and strong customer satisfaction.

The role focuses on backlog management, regional execution, and revenue recognition while driving Lean initiatives and cost productivity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Operations Management, Business Management, or another related field.
• Lean and Six Sigma knowledge.
• 3–5 years+ of experience in a corporate environment.
• Leadership skills to lead and influence teams and shape growth vision and business strategy.

Responsibilities

• Leads Order management team to ensure predictable Order Execution Process in collaboration with Sales, Modality, HPM, Service and Finance.
• Lead Regional Backlog Management & order Execution to drive Equipment Delivery and Sales Transfers.
• Contribute to revenue linearity by date management, timely execution, and risk mitigation for fulfilment with S&OP and global teams.
• Drive On-Time Delivery and Quality of delivery to Customers.
• Inventory Management and Obso/reserve management.
• Delivery to KPI’s related to Order Management.
• Interface with Modalities, Sales, HPM and Finance for orders execution and fulfillment.
• Coordinate with Logistics, shipping teams to ensure timely delivery per orders and regulations.
• Coordinate with Logistics & sourcing to deliver cost productivity.
• Ensure adherence to revenue recognition norms and proper documentation.
• Drive Lean/Simplification projects to improve process efficiency.

The role would involve interacting with various stakeholders like Sales, Commercial Regional managers, Sales operation team, Finance, and controllership team besides factories globally, logistics and warehouse to ensure customer fulfilment.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Leads Order management team to ensure predictable Order Execution Process in collaboration with Sales, Modality, HPM(Project Management Team), Service and Finance. This includes:
• Lead Regional Backlog Management & order Execution to Drive Equipment Delivery and Sales Transfers.
• Contribute to revenue linearity by date management, timely execution, and risk mitigation for fulfilment in coordination with S&OP and global fulfilment teams.
• Drive On-Time Delivery and Quality of delivery to Customers.
• Inventory Management and Obso/ reserve management
• Delivery to KPI’s related to Order Management
• Act as single Interface to Modalities, Sales, HPM (Project Management Team) and Finance for matters related to orders execution and fulfillment.
• Implementation of global programs related to Order operations in region.
• Coordination with Logistics, shipping teams in Manufacturing & warehouses to ensure timely delivery of equipment to customers as per the orders in accordance with relevant Rules & Regulations.
• Coordination with Logistics & sourcing teams to deliver cost productivity
• Ensure adherence to revenue recognition norms and ensure proper documentation.
• Drive Lean/Simplification projects to improve process effectiveness and efficiency

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Operations Management, Business Management, or another related field.
