The Opportunity:
The Data & Analytics team (dna) drives the enterprise data and analytics strategy for the firm. The team is responsible for establishing a data foundation, building capabilities while setting standards and measurements for data quality, compliance, security, and retention of our data assets.
Colleagues within the overall team are organized in 2 sub-teams: (i) Data Governance and (ii) Data Engineering, Reporting & Analytics.
The role of a Data Governance Analyst involves a blend of operational and strategic tasks, focusing on data quality, compliance, and collaboration with various stakeholders.
In this role you will work closely with the DnA and cross-functional teams to support our firm-wide Data Governance and Data Quality initiatives.
You will be primarily responsible to assist in designing and implementing data governance frameworks, help establish data management best practices, and ensure our core internal data assets provide a complete and accurate reflection of our business.
You will also assist in crafting the vision and the path of data domain workstream roadmap.
This is a hybrid role (at least 2 days per week working from the Warsaw office).
