Vinsak Pvt Ltd in Mumbai is seeking a Rotatek Offset Printing Machine Operator / Application Engineer with 3-5+ years of hands-on experience. The role involves setting up machines, achieving color accuracy, and supporting customers with printing applications.

You will travel to customer sites for installations and demonstrations, coordinate with service teams, and help minimize waste and downtime while ensuring quality production. Diploma in Printing Technology preferred.

• Diploma in Printing Technology or related field preferred.
• 3-5+ years hands-on experience operating offset printing machines.
• Experience with Rotatek machines preferred.
• Strong knowledge of offset printing processes, color matching, registration, ink control.
• Good troubleshooting, communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilidades

• Operate Rotatek or similar offset printing machines safely and efficiently as per production requirements.
• Set up the machine for different printing jobs, including plates, ink, paper/substrate, registration, and machine parameters.
• Ensure accurate color registration, print quality, and consistency throughout production.
• Monitor machine performance and make necessary adjustments during production.
• Identify and troubleshoot printing defects, machine‑related issues, and quality problems.
• Provide technical support and guidance to customers/operators regarding machine operation and printing applications.
• Assist the Service Head and service team with machine commissioning, trials, demonstrations, and application support, as required.
• Work closely with customers, production teams, service engineers, and management to resolve technical and application‑related issues.
• Help minimize paper/substrate wastage, ink consumption, machine downtime, and production losses.
• Be willing to travel to customer locations for installations, trials, demonstrations, training, and technical support.

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• 3-5+ years of hands‑on experience operating offset printing machines.
• Experience with Rotatek machines will be highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of offset printing processes, color matching, registration, ink control, substrate handling, and print quality.
• Good troubleshooting skills related to printing quality and machine operation.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and coordinate effectively ? customers and internal teams.
