Role & Responsibilities

• Good research skills to provide in-house advisory, legal opinions, and guidance within the legal framework regarding any legal issues that may arise, keeping in mind the interests of the company.
• Drafting and vetting of various transactional agreements, deeds, and memoranda of understanding such as vendor agreements, NDAs, affidavits, application forms, indemnities, power of attorney, and other documents required by the company from time to time.
• Should be well-versed in the interpretation of statutes.

Prior experience in drafting legal documents is required.
