Job summary

Sun Pharma, located in Dewas, is seeking an Officer for Global Quality and Compliance. The role involves analytical testing of FP/PV samples, documentation, and ensuring compliance with cGMP standards.

Qualifications

• M.Sc or B.Pharm required with exposure to pharmaceutical labs.
• 2–5 years of hands-on lab experience in QC/QA environments.
• Solid understanding of cGMP and laboratory SOPs.
• Experience using SAP for recording analyses and inventory.

Responsibilities

• Analyze Finished Product, Process Validation, Stability, RM and cleaning samples as per protocols.
• Document analytical activity and calculate results accurately.
• Assist in investigations of OOS/OOT/Deviations and lab events.
• Manage FP/PV samples per SOPs and ensure data integrity.
• Ensure compliance with cgMP and lab procedures; maintain records.
• Prepare Records of Analysis (ROA) when required.
• Participate in analytical method transfer and method validation.
• Place indents and procure laboratory chemicals and consumables timely.
• Record results in the SAP system.

Key Responsibilities

• Analysis of Finished Product samples /Process Validation samples /Stability samples/ RM. Samples /Cleaning validation samples and Beta-lactam containment monitoring samples as per SAP Request /Process Validation Protocol /Stability Protocol /and Cleaning validation protocol and STP’s.
• Documentation of analytical activity performed.
• Document analytical data and calculate results.
• To assist in investigation of OOS /OOT/Deviation /Lab Events.
• Management of Finished Product /Process Validation samples as per respective SOP’s.
• Ensure integrity, accuracy and adequacy of the analysis performed.
• Document data accurately and maintain neat/concise/organized Finished Product /Process Validation records.
• Ensure compliance to cGMP requirements and laboratory procedures.
• Preparation of RAPS (Record of analysis) of FP/PV Whenever required.
• To participate in analytical method transfer and analytical method Validation activity (Like analysis, Documentation & reporting of results).
• Timely Place the indents & Procurements of Laboratory chemical & Consumables.
• Recording of results in SAP system.
