Job summary

Lupin in India is seeking a professional for downstream processing roles, focusing on buffer prep, IPQC, CIP/SIP of chromatography and filtration systems.

You will prepare and maintain SOPs and BPRs, coordinate with QC/QA, and manage raw material inventory and autoclave operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in downstream processing operations.
• Experience with SOPs and BPRs.
• Coordinate with QC/QA teams.

Responsibilities

• Buffer preparation for both small and large-scale operations.
• CIP and SIP of chromatography, TFF systems and process vessels.
• Operation of chromatography systems, TFF systems, Virus Filtration System, DS filtration for protein purification.
• Preparation, execution and maintenance of SOPs, BPRs, qualification documents.
• Coordinate with QC/QA teams on day-to-day activities of production operations.
• Review of executed BPRs.
• Raw material and consumables inventory planning and maintenance.
• Operation, maintenance of sterile and decontamination autoclave.

Job description

• Buffer preparation for small and large-scale operations, IPQC operation of buffer and protein intermediate samples.
• CIP of chromatography systems, TFF systems and process vessels.
• SIP of TFF systems and process vessels.
• Operation of chromatography systems, TFF systems, Virus Filtration System, DS filtration for protein purification.
• Preparation, execution and maintenance of SOP’s, BPRs, qualification documents and other facility related documents.
• Co-ordinate with QC/QA teams on day-to-day activities of production operations.
• Review of executed BPR’s.
• Raw material and consumables inventory planning and maintenance.
• Operation, maintenance of sterile and decontamination autoclave.
