CITIC Securities International in Pune seeks an experienced Cash/Treasury Operations professional to manage payment processing, cash projections, and custody deposits/withdrawals. The role emphasizes regulatory compliance and timely issue escalation to management.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in cash/treasury operations, familiarity with settlements across equity, fixed income, derivatives, FX, and wholesale funding products, and the ability to work in shifts with travel as needed.

Competenze

• Graduate with 3+ years in cash or treasury operations in banking/broking industry.
• Hands-on experience in equity, fixed income, derivatives, and FX settlements.
• Experience with wholesale funding products (loans/deposits, repo, IRS, TRS) is a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Willingness to work in shifts and travel as required.
• Proactive in risk-based processing and process improvements.
• Ability to adapt to changes and test implementations as directed.

Requirements

• Graduate with at least 3+ years of experience in a Cash or Treasury Operations in banking / broking industry
• Hands on experience in at least two of equity, fixed income, derivatives and FX settlements
• Good to have experience in wholesale funding products such as loans / deposits, repo, IRS, TRS, etc
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Hands on experience with settlement and liquidity systems/applications commonly used in banking / broking firms.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritise and deliver assigned tasks in timely manner
• Must be able to participate in change, identify opportunities and challenge current processes and practices
• Self-motivated, desire to be challenged and eager to learn
• Willingness to learning new skills and seek opportunities for self-improvement
• Open to working in any shift or assignments as per business requirement including but not limited to short term travel if needed.
• Follow risk-based approach to operational day to day processing
• Participate in change activities, be able to execute testing as may be assigned by management
• Officer should set example for associates in terms of managing time effectively, escalation of issues to managers and efficiency in completing work tasks.
