IQ-EQ seeks an experienced tax professional to join as Officer 3 – US Taxation, specializing in U.S. partnership taxation for private equity structures. The role demands strong expertise in partnership tax compliance and advisory, with a basic understanding of funds, management companies, and general partners.

The candidate will prepare U.S. federal/state returns, tax workpapers, and support planning strategies to optimize after-tax returns.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance is required.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in U.S. partnership taxation with a focus on private equity.
  • Knowledge of Subchapter K, partnership allocations, and related regulations.
  • Knowledge in tax compliance software (GoSystem) and advanced Excel skills.
  • Strong analytical and communication abilities.
  • Research, analysis and problem solving skills.
  • Ability to communicate professionally in writing and speech.
  • Ability to manage time efficiently and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate.
  • Proactive self-starter who is detail- and goal-oriented.
  • Wlexibility to work in US shifts.

  • Support tax planning strategies to optimize after-tax returns for investors and partners.
  • Stay updated on U.S. tax regulations, IRS guidance, and legislative changes impacting private equity.
  • Implement best practices for documentation and internal controls.
  • Demonstrate ownership of his/her own development, highlighting when and where additional support and development is required.

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced tax professional to join our team as an Officer 3 – US Taxation specializing in U.S. partnership taxation for private equity structures.
