We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Admin/Operations Assistant to support the day-to-day operations of our office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling a variety of administrative tasks, ensuring the smooth functioning of the office, and assisting with internal and external communications.

Job Responsibilities
  • Excellent English communication skills in writing emails & business communication.
  • Provide administrative support to executives and team members.
  • Manage and maintain office filing systems and documentation.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and events.
  • Prepare and organize reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
  • Handle office supplies and inventory management.
  • Assist in data entry, record-keeping, and database management.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by management.
Job Requirements
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
