Job summary

Infintor Solutions is seeking an experienced Odoo Implementation Lead to drive ERP projects from requirement to go-live in Kochi. You will own end-to-end delivery, mentor junior consultants, and act as a strategic client contact, ensuring quality and timely milestones.

The role requires 4 to 7 years of hands-on Odoo ERP experience, strong module knowledge, leadership abilities, and excellent client communication in an Agile/Scrum or traditional delivery environment.

Qualifications

• 4 to 7 years of hands-on experience in Odoo ERP implementation.
• Deep, comprehensive functional knowledge of core Odoo modules (Accounting, Inventory, Manufacturing, CRM, Sales, Purchase).
• Leadership experience mentoring or managing functional consultants or business analysts.
• Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
• Understanding of Agile, Scrum, or traditional project delivery methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end lifecycle of Odoo implementation projects with on-time milestones.
• Direct, guide and upskill a team of junior consultants and business analysts.
• Design and lead functional training during onboarding or rollouts.
• Provide senior-level functional support during pre-sales and complex demos.
• Maintain client relationships and conduct regular project review meetings.

Infintor Solutions is an Odoo implementation partner. We help businesses run sales, inventory, accounts and manufacturing on Odoo. We are growing our delivery team and need a consultant who can take projects from requirement to go-live.

We are seeking an experienced Odoo Implementation Lead to drive our ERP implementation projects and support our growing team. In this role, you will take ownership of end-to-end project delivery, mentor junior functional consultants/business analysts, and act as a strategic point of contact for clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Delivery & Governance: Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of Odoo implementation projects, ensuring milestones are met on time, within scope, and up to quality standards.
• Team Leadership & Mentoring: Direct, guide, and upskill a team of junior functional consultants and business analysts, fostering their professional growth.
• Training Management: Design and lead functional training programs for internal team members and clients during project onboarding or rollouts.
• Pre-Sales & Complex Demos: Provide senior-level functional support during the sales cycle, stepping in to lead demonstrations for complex workflows or high-value client prospects.
• Client Relationship & Account Health: Serve as a primary point of contact for project clients. Conduct monthly/regular review meetings for project delivery and employee augmentation accounts to ensure high client satisfaction and resource performance.
• Resource Allocation: Optimize team utilization across dedicated implementation projects and resource augmentation assignments.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience:4to 7years of hands-on experience in Odoo ERP implementation, with a proven track record of successful end-to-end rollouts.
• Odoo Expertise: Deep, comprehensive functional knowledge of core Odoo modules (e.g., Accounting, Inventory, Manufacturing, CRM, Sales, Purchase).
• Leadership Skills: Prior experience leading, mentoring, or managing functional consultants or business analysts.
• Communication: Exceptional English communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to manage client expectations, handle escalations, and deliver technical presentations clearly.
• Methodology: Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, or traditional) tailored to ERP delivery cycles.
