Job summary

Crystal Data Software Services is seeking an experienced Odoo Developer to design, develop, and customize ERP modules for both Community and Enterprise editions. You will collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams to deliver robust Odoo solutions.

Responsibilities include module development, data migration, performance optimization, and creating REST APIs for third-party integrations. Linux/Ubuntu, Git, Docker, and PostgreSQL experience is required.

Qualifications

• 3-4 years of hands-on Odoo module development and customization.
• Experience with Odoo ORM, custom module creation, workflows, security rules, and inheritance (Community & Enterprise).
• Proficiency with REST APIs, XML-RPC, JSON-RPC and third-party integrations.

Crystal Data Software Services is looking for an experienced and proactive Odoo Developer to join our software development team. The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and customizing enterprise-grade business applications across both Odoo Community and Enterprise editions. You will work closely with clients and cross-functional teams to build custom modules, integrate third-party APIs, and optimize ERP performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain custom Odoo modules for both Community and Enterprise editions based on business requirements.
• Perform data migration, database optimization (PostgreSQL), and server management/deployment for Odoo instances.
• Build and maintain REST APIs / web services to integrate Odoo with third-party software, payment gateways, and external ERP systems.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve bug fixes and performance bottlenecks in existing Odoo deployments.
• Lead module testing, deployment, code reviews, and technical documentation.

Requirements / Qualifications:

• Experience: 3 to 4 Years of dedicated hands-on experience in Odoo module development and customization.
• Odoo Framework: Extensive experience working with Odoo ORM, custom module creation, workflows, access security rules, and inheritance mechanisms in both Community and Enterprise platforms.
• Integrations: Experience with REST APIs, XML-RPC, JSON-RPC, and third-party integrations.
• Environment & Tools: Proficiency with Linux/Ubuntu server setup, Git version control, Docker, and PostgreSQL query execution.
• Desirable: Knowledge of upgrading Odoo versions, migration tools, and experience with Odoo Online / Odoo.sh environments.
