Job summary

Egis Road Operation India is seeking an experienced OCI Administrator to manage Oracle Cloud Infrastructure and support Oracle Fusion ERP/HCM, OIC, VBCS and ATP environments in Bengaluru. The role requires hands-on OCI administration, security, identity management, networking, and cloud operations expertise.

The ideal candidate will handle OC I tenancy administration, IAM, networking, PaaS services and integration monitoring, while ensuring security controls and disaster recovery readiness

Qualifications

• 5+ years of OCI administration experience.
• Strong knowledge of IAM, Identity Domains, Policies and Security.
• Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and Oracle Fusion applications.
• Strong knowledge of OCI Networking and Infrastructure Services.
• Experience with SSO, MFA, SAML, OAuth and Federation.
• Exposure to Terraform, OCI CLI, scripting and infrastructure automation.

Responsibilities

• Administer OCI tenancies, compartments, IAM, Identity Domains, users and access policies.
• Manage OCI Compute, Storage, Object Storage, ATP, Load Balancers, Vault and backups.
• Configure OCI Networking: VCN, DRG, NSG, VPN, DNS, FastConnect and Private Endpoints.
• Administer OCI PaaS services including OIC, VBCS, ATP.
• Support Oracle Fusion ERP/HCM security, user/role management, SSO and MFA.
• Implement OCI security controls: Cloud Guard, WAF, NSGs, VSS and best practices.
• Support identity propagation and SSO integrations with Okta, SAML, OAuth.
• Configure OCI Monitoring, Logging Analytics, Alarms and Dashboards.
• Manage DevOps activities: provisioning, deployments, migrations, DR.
• Raise and coordinate Oracle Support requests for OCI, PaaS and Fusion SaaS.

About The Role

We are seeking an experienced OCI Administrator with 5+ years of hands-on experience managing Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) and supporting Oracle Fusion ERP, HCM, OIC, VBCS, and ATP environments. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in OCI administration, security, identity management, networking, integration support, and cloud operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and manage OCI tenancies, compartments, IAM, Identity Domains, users, groups, and access policies.
• Manage OCI infrastructure services including Compute, Storage, Object Storage, ATP, Load Balancers, Vault, Certificates, and backup/restore activities.
• Configure and support OCI Networking components such as VCN, DRG, NSG, VPN, DNS, FastConnect, Private Endpoints, and connectivity solutions.
• Administer Oracle PaaS services including OIC, VBCS, ATP, and related cloud services.
• Support Oracle Fusion ERP and HCM environments, including security, user/role management, SSO, MFA, environment refreshes, patch validation, and integration monitoring.
• Implement and maintain OCI security controls including IAM, Cloud Guard, WAF, Network Security Groups, Vulnerability Scanning Service (VSS), and security best practices.
• Support identity propagation, federation, and SSO integrations using Okta, SAML, OAuth, and enterprise identity providers.
• Configure OCI Monitoring, Logging Analytics, Alarms, and Dashboards for proactive operational support.
• Manage DevOps activities including environment provisioning, deployments, release management, migrations, and disaster recovery.
• Raise and coordinate Oracle Support Service Requests for OCI, PaaS, and Fusion SaaS-related issues.

What do we need from you

Required Skills

• 5+ years of OCI Administration experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with OCI IAM, Identity Domains, Policies, and Security.
• Experience administering Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and Oracle Fusion applications.
• Strong knowledge of OCI Networking and Infrastructure Services.
• Experience with SSO, MFA, SAML, OAuth, Federation, and Identity Propagation.
• Knowledge of OCI Monitoring, Logging Analytics, Backup & Disaster Recovery.
• Exposure to Terraform, OCI CLI, scripting, and infrastructure automation is preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting, stakeholder management, and communication skills.

Preferred Certifications: OCI Foundations, Architect Associate, or Architect Professional certifications.
