Job summary

NTT DATA seeks an OCI Administrator to join our team in Bangalore, Karnataka, India. The role requires 8+ years of infrastructure and cloud administration experience, with 2–4+ years of hands-on OCI work, provisioning OCI resources and managing compartments and tenancy.

You will implement least-privilege IAM, automate provisioning with Terraform, and utilize OCI CLI/SDKs. Remote or hybrid options may be available based on client needs and project requirements.

• Manage DRGs, LPGs, FastConnect, VPN connectivity, and OCI Load Balancers.
• Configure OCI monitoring, backups, DNS, and access controls; automate with Terraform.

8+ years of infrastructure/cloud administration experience, including 2–4+ years of hands-on OCI experience.

Provision and administer OCI resources.

Manage compartments, tenancy resources, quotas and tagging.

Manage compute instances and instance lifecycle activities.

Administer boot and block volumes, file storage and object storage.

Perform resource scaling and capacity management.

Configure and administer VCNs and subnets.

Manage route tables, security lists and Network Security Groups.

Configure DRG, LPG and other applicable gateways.

Support FastConnect and VPN connectivity.

Manage OCI Load Balancers.

Support DNS and network troubleshooting.

Manage OCI users, groups and policies.

Configure dynamic groups and instance principals.

Implement least-privilege IAM policies.

Support OCI Vault, keys and secrets.

Support Cloud Guard, Security Zones and vulnerability management where deployed.

Perform periodic access reviews.

Provision Linux/Windows compute instances.

Perform VM resizing and lifecycle management.

Manage images and boot volumes.

Support Oracle Linux administration and patching where within scope.

Configure OCI Monitoring metrics and alarms.

Configure Notifications and Events.

Configure OCI backup policies.

Manage block-volume and boot-volume backups.

Automate infrastructure provisioning using Terraform.

Use OCI CLI, REST APIs and SDKs.

Develop automation using Shell/Python/Ansible.
