Key Responsibilities

• Assessment and Evaluation: Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate patients’ physical, emotional, and cognitive ability, identify barriers to participation in daily activities, and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Treatment Planning: Design and implement therapeutic interventions aimed at improving daily living skills (ADLs) and set measurable goals in collaboration with patients and their families.
• Therapeutic Intervention: Provide hands‑on therapy to enhance patients’ functional abilities; utilize adaptive equipment and techniques to facilitate independence; educate patients and families on strategies to enhance daily functioning; provide resources and support for home modifications and assistive devices; work closely with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians, nurses, and social workers; participate in case discussions and contribute to care planning.

Who we are looking for

• Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Valid state license to practice as an occupational therapist.
• Certification from the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT) preferred.

Experience
