Job description

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct medical evaluations, screenings, and assessments of employees

- Evaluate and manage work-related injuries and illnesses

- Provide medical consultations and advice to employees on work-related health issues

- Conduct Health Risk Assessments for clients in various industries

- Develop and implement occupational health programs and policies

- Develop and manage plans for emergency medical response for offshore clients

- Maintain accurate and confidential medical records

- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as HR / HSE / OHS departments, to promote a healthy workplace environment

- Stay up-to-date with the latest occupational health trends and regulations

Qualifications:

- Degree from a reputed medical institution in India / for foreign graduates are also eligible.

- Current and valid final medical council registration is mandatory

- Occupational health qualification / certification preferred

Experience:

- Minimum of 1 years experience in Occupational Medicine or 3 years in a clinical setting is required

- Casualty / ICU work experience will be an added advantage.
