Responsibilities

• Create EMS software functions and label lists related to diagnosis calibration.
• Perform pre-calibration of diagnosis functions and execute preliminary tests on the labcar.
• Prepare test setups for calibration activities on engines and vehicles.
• Test diagnosis software functionality in the labcar and vehicle.
• Conduct engine and vehicle measurements as required by functional experts, and execute vehicle tests for diagnosis calibration.
• Perform calibration on the dyno and under real driving conditions.
• Participate in customer discussions and regularly communicate calibration status to customers and internal teams.
• Create diagnosis system documents, development reports, and field data analysis reports.
• Conduct calibration reviews with calibration functional experts.
• Update calibration data and status in ICDM and VCDM.
• Handle test vehicles according to predefined procedures and participate in vehicle expeditions in extreme ambient conditions.
• Support calibration efficiency improvements, innovation, automation, and tool development.

Job Summary

Calibrate and validate on-board diagnostics (OBD) functions for engine and vehicle control units, based on project requirements. The role includes software function preparation, lab and vehicle testing, calibration in controlled and real-world conditions, field data analysis, customer coordination, and delivery of calibration documentation and files.
