Job summary

Zoho is seeking an O9 Support Engineer to handle BAU support for Sony with productive system access. You will investigate user queries via tickets, collaborate with O9 platform support for fixes and releases, and provide timely updates while documenting resolutions in ITSM tools.

The role requires strong SQL, Python, and exposure to O9 Supply Planning. Shift options include Japan or India, with occasional on-call responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Strong SQL is mandatory.
• Python is required.
• IBPL exposure is preferred.
• Exposure to O9 Supply Planning solutions is desirable.
• Supply Chain Planning / Analytics skills are needed.
• Basic Java knowledge is a plus.

Job description

Experience: 1–3 Years (Candidates with 6+ months O9 exposure may also be considered)

Budget: Up to INR 10 LPA

Key Responsibilities:

Act as an O9 Support Engineer, handling BAU support for Sony with production system access.

Investigate and resolve user queries/issues via assigned support tickets.

Collaborate with O9 platform support team for production fixes and release management.

Provide timely updates to users and document resolutions in ITSM tools.

Conduct requirement analysis, prepare reports, and communicate effectively with stakeholders.

Participate in UAT, user training, and business process documentation.

Work in Japan shift (6:30 am – 3:30 pm IST) or India shift (9 am – 6 pm IST); occasional on‑call support.
