Job summary

Capgemini Chennai is seeking an experienced professional to handle Order To Cash processes within IT services. You will manage customer orders, billing, invoicing, and collections while coordinating with internal teams to resolve issues and ensure smooth cash flow.

You will maintain accurate transaction records, communicate order status, and ensure adherence to company policies for order processing. The role requires strong OTC knowledge and excellent communication across functions.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years of Order To Cash (OTC) experience in IT services/consulting.
• Strong knowledge of Cash Applications in SAP FICO.
• Excellent communication for cross-functional collaboration.
• Ability to multitask independently with attention to detail.
