Job Description- · Lead and manage overall operations of 420 MW. · Responsible for follow up with site team. · Responsible for weekly, monthly and quarterly meetings with the client. · Responsible for building team down the line. · Engage and manage clients, Performance Analysis of entire portfolio. · Studying and comparing performance of specific plant in contrast to desired performance and achieved. · Vendor finalization – Negotiating and finalizing vendors in different regions on basis of delivery, quality and cost. · Responsible for mobilization and demobilization in various solar plants. · Meeting Clients Expectations- introducing initiatives, investigating areas of issue, expecting level of service and assuring same. · Responsible for inventory planning. · Responsible for report preparation and sending to clients. · Responsible for analysis of generation and improvement. · Responsible for preparation of daily progress report, material reconciliation and monthly progress report. · Should be able to work on computer, MS office, Word and PPT. · Responsible for vendor bill clearing and employes reimbursement. · Responsible for monthly invoicing and compliance verification.
