Job summary

BetterHerbs is seeking an early-career Nutritionist/Dietitian to conduct telephonic and online nutrition consultations, guiding customers on pregnancy, lactation, child nutrition and women's wellness. You will interact with customers to understand dietary needs, provide lifestyle guidance, and suggest suitable BetterHerbs products.

The role involves follow-ups, maintaining records, and collaborating with marketing and product teams to inform content and insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/Master’s/Diploma in Nutrition, Dietetics, Food & Nutrition or Clinical Nutrition.
• Comfortable speaking with customers over phone/video calls.
• Empathetic, patient and confident while counselling customers.
• Interest in maternal, child and women’s nutrition.

Responsibilities

• Conduct telephonic/online nutrition consultations with customers.
• Understand customers’ dietary requirements, lifestyle and nutrition concerns.
• Provide basic nutrition and lifestyle guidance within the scope of the role.
• Guide customers regarding suitable BetterHerbs products based on their requirements.
• Explain product ingredients, usage, nutritional benefits and recommended consumption.
• Handle queries related to pregnancy nutrition, breastfeeding/lactation, child nutrition and women’s wellness.
• Follow up with customers to understand their experience and support continued product usage.
• Maintain consultation records and capture customer feedback.
• Work closely with the Customer Experience, Marketing and Product teams to share recurring customer concerns and insights.
• Support educational content and FAQs from a nutrition perspective when required.
