Unacademy is seeking a Company Nutritionist in Bengaluru–Domlur to lead employee nutrition and wellness initiatives during working hours. The role focuses on practical guidance, sessions, and helping employees adopt healthier eating habits.

The ideal candidate has 2-5 years of nutrition experience, a Bachelor's/Master's in Nutrition or Dietetics, and relevant certifications. Corporate wellness experience and strong communication skills are highly valued for this role.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience as a Nutritionist, Clinical Nutritionist, Sports Nutritionist, Corporate Nutritionist, or similar role.
• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, Food & Nutrition, or related field.
• Relevant professional certification will be an added advantage.
• Strong understanding of nutrition, healthy eating, lifestyle management, and wellness.
• Experience conducting group nutrition/wellness sessions is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide general nutrition guidance and consultation to employees based on their wellness goals.
• Conduct regular nutrition and wellness sessions covering healthy eating, hydration, and meal planning.
• Conduct basic dietary assessments and provide practical, sustainable nutrition recommendations.
• Create simple nutrition plans and resources based on different employee needs and lifestyles.
• Organize nutrition workshops, awareness sessions, challenges, and wellness activities.
• Support company-wide fitness and wellness initiatives along with the Company Fitness Trainer.
