Responsibilities

• Serve as a reliable information source on infant nutrition and feeding practices.
• Plan and execute scientific detailing, CMEs/symposia following company guidelines.
• Map and segment HCPs; develop coverage plan and call cycle.
• Maintain records of interactions, feedback, and events; provide reports as guided.
• Identify opportunities for demand generation within compliance; collaborate with teams for materials.

About The Role

The role requires clear and compliant communication of product features, advantages and benefits, and their appropriate use - strictly within Nestlé's Code of Ethics, company instructions, and the Indian Code. The role consistently upholds the principle that mothers milk is best for babies.

Job Description (Key Responsibilities)

• Ethically promote Nestlé's Infant Nutrition products to HCPs by clearly communicating product features, advantages, benefits and appropriate use, in line with company Code of Ethics and the Indian Code; reinforce that mothers milk is best for babies.
• Ensure recommendations for the Nestlé Nutrition product range remain within the scope of the Indian Code; detail against homemade paps and bovine milk as appropriate.
• Serve as a reliable source of information on infant nutrition and infant feeding practices for HCPs.
• Plan and execute high-quality scientific detailing, CMEs/symposiums and other scientific activities as per company guidelines.
• Map and segment HCPs in the assigned territory; develop and execute an effective coverage plan and call cycle.
• Maintain accurate records of HCP interactions, feedback, and scientific events; provide timely reports as per guidance.
• Identify opportunities and potential within the territory and contribute inputs to drive demand generation activities within compliance.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure availability of compliant scientific materials and support tools for field execution.

Qualifications

• Graduate with at least 1 year of experience in a field sales role in either a Nutrition company or the pharmaceutical industry.
• High level of integrity and honesty; hardworking, self‑motivated, and passionate about enhancing quality of life and contributing to a healthier future.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and build strong, sustainable relationships with stakeholders.
• High learning agility; trustworthy and able to work independently within company policies and guidelines.
