Job summary

Techflex Solutions is hiring a Nutanix Engineer to install, configure, and administer Nutanix HCI environments at Andheri / Vashi, Mumbai. The role requires 2–5 years of relevant experience, with rotations and customer-site work expected.

You will monitor cluster health via Nutanix Prism, perform maintenance and upgrades, troubleshoot across hardware, storage, virtualization, and networking, and support backup, DR, and incident response within SLAs. Immediate joiners preferred.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Nutanix HCI and Prism Central/Prism Element.
• Understanding AHV, VMware ESXi, or Hyper-V.
• Knowledge of Windows Server Administration.
• Understanding storage technologies, RAID and networking.
• Experience with Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and server troubleshooting.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts and at customer locations.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

Install, configure, and administer Nutanix HCI environments.
Monitor and maintain cluster health using Nutanix Prism.
Perform routine health checks, preventive maintenance, and system upgrades.
Troubleshoot hardware, storage, virtualization, and performance-related issues.
Create, configure, and manage Virtual Machines (VMs).
Execute firmware updates, software patching, and cluster lifecycle management.
Monitor system alerts and resolve incidents within defined SLAs.
Support backup, recovery, and disaster recovery operations.
Coordinate with OEMs for hardware replacements and technical escalations.
Maintain technical documentation, incident reports, and change records.
Collaborate with server, storage, and network teams to ensure high availability of IT infrastructure.

Required Skills

Hands-on experience with Nutanix HCI and Prism Central/Prism Element.
