Alignerr is seeking a Nursing Informatics Specialist (AI Training) to bring frontline nursing expertise to AI development. This fully remote hourly contract role focuses on evaluating AI-generated clinical content, workflows, and documentation for accuracy and real-world relevance, with 10–40 hours per week.

You will review how AI understands nursing processes, EHR interactions, and clinical decision-making, and translate findings into structured feedback for AI teams.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse or equivalent with hands-on patient care.
• Familiar with EHR systems such as Epic or Cerner.
• Experience in clinical informatics, health IT, or clinical documentation workflows.
• Strong analytical thinking and ability to evaluate clinical accuracy.
• Clear written communicator providing structured feedback.
• Self-motivated, able to work independently on task-based assignments.

Who You Are

• Registered Nurse (RN) or equivalent clinical professional with hands-on patient care experience
• Familiar with EHR systems such as Epic, Cerner, or similar platforms
• Experience in clinical informatics, health IT, or clinical documentation workflows
• Strong analytical thinker who can evaluate clinical accuracy and system logic
• Clear written communicator who can provide detailed, structured feedback
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently on task-based assignments
