Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional React.js experience.

• Experience leading code reviews and mentoring juniors.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain dynamic, interactive, and responsive web applications using React.js, Redux, and other modern JavaScript libraries.
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code, following best practices and coding standards.
• Optimize application performance for speed and scalability, ensuring smooth cross-browser and cross-device compatibility.
• Lead code reviews and ensure high-quality standards across the team.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest web development trends and technologies and apply them in your day-to-day work.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve front-end application issues, ensuring a seamless user experience.
• Mentor and provide guidance to junior developers, helping them grow in their React development skills.
• Collaborate in Agile methodologies and participate in sprint planning, daily standups, and retrospectives.

Required Skills and Experience

• Proven Experience: 4+ years of professional experience in React.js development.
• Proficiency in React: Deep understanding of React fundamentals, including JSX, hooks, state management, context API, and component lifecycle.
• State Management: Strong experience with Redux, React Context, or other state management libraries.
• JavaScript: Expertise in modern JavaScript (ES6+) and its core concepts (promises, async/await, modules).
• Front-End Development: Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design principles, ensuring web applications are mobile-friendly and accessible.
• API Integration: Experience working with RESTful APIs and GraphQL to fetch and display dynamic data.
• Version Control: Familiarity with Git for version control and best practices for branch management, pull requests, and code reviews.
• Testing: Experience with front-end testing frameworks such as Jest, Enzyme, or React Testing Library.
