• Knowledge of software to support the IT department.
• Owning responsibility for calls to internal & external stakeholders.
• Addressing concerns and providing inputs as required.
• Obtaining necessary information from students, parents, and others.
• Resolving queries and suggesting solutions based on needs.
• Maintaining a database related to the designated branch.
• Supporting and coordinating with the IT department in resolving queries.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Intermediate or any graduate is eligible to apply.
• Proficiency in English language.
• Fluency in at least one of these languages: Bengali, Kannada, Tamil, Hindi, Telugu.
• Flexibility to work 6 days a week from the Gachibowli office.
