Position: Desktop Support Executive

Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering

Experience: 1+ years of work experience in the same profile

Location: Gurgaon (WFO)

Responsibilities

1. Responsible for the ongoing maintenance and future planning needs of the company’s desktop environment.
2. Collaborate with existing vendors to evaluate the new technology that is available and make recommendations to management on using that technology.
3. Consult with IT support and design departments to make sure that network expansion projects are in line with the company’s plans.
4. Monitor the performance of the company’s desktop infrastructure and make suggestions for improving efficiency.
5. Evaluate applications and software patches for desktop applications to see if they will solve desktop issues.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering or similar field.
2. MCDST certification.
3. 1+ years’ desktop engineering experience.
4. Demonstrated ability in desktop and systems design.
5. Proven ability to offer high level desktop support in an enterprise environment.
