Qualifications

• Strong communication, sales, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Acquire new NRI customers through referrals, networking, digital leads, and branch partnerships.
• Promote NRE/NRO Savings Accounts, Fixed Deposits, Remittance Services, Forex, Wealth, Insurance, and Loan products.
• Achieve monthly and annual acquisition and revenue targets.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with NRI customers.
• Conduct customer meetings and identify cross-selling opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with KYC, AML, and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth account opening and customer onboarding.
• Track customer portfolio performance and provide timely service support.
