Job summary

HR Innovation Group is seeking an experienced NPD/Development engineer for Sheetmetal, Fabrication, and Sheetmetal processes in Nashik. The role reports to Quality Head and requires a strong background in mechanical engineering with exposure to sheet metal stamping or metal fabrication.

The candidate should have 8–10 years of hands-on experience, a BE/B.Tech or Diploma in Mechanical/Production/Automobile Engineering, and a proactive approach to quality assurance in a manufacturing setup.
