Job summary

Tekskills Inc. seeks a capable full-stack developer to join our Kolkata team. You will work across frontend and backend stacks using JavaScript, TypeScript, Node.js, React, and Next.js to deliver scalable web applications.

You will collaborate with DevOps practices, IaC, Azure, and CI/CD, and contribute to REST APIs, Cosmos DB, Redis, and observability stacks. Strong communication and Agile mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• Full-stack capabilities with JS/TS across frontend and backend.
• Proficiency in React.js/Next.js and REST APIs.
• Experience with IaC, CI/CD and cloud platforms (Azure).
• Hands-on with Cosmos DB, Redis and monitoring stacks.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum and Jira for project work.

Frontend & Backend Development: JavaScript, Node.js, TypeScript; React.js, Next.js; Backend for Frontends (BFFs); Contentful CMS

Infrastructure & DevOps: Terraform / Pulumi (Infrastructure as Code); Azure (Serverless, Kubernetes); Git (Mono repo); CI/CD: GitHub Actions, GitOps; Secret Management: Azure Key Vault

Database & Integration: Cosmos DB; Service Bus; REST APIs

Caching & Logging: Redis; ELK Stack (Logging); Grafana (Monitoring)

Testing & Agile Practices: Unit Testing: Jest; Agile / Scrum methodology; Tools: Jira board

Communication Tools: Slack; Microsoft Teams

UI/UX Skills: Strong knowledge of CSS; Cross-browser compatibility; Responsive web design
