Shashwat Solution is seeking a Node.js Backend Developer to lead the back-end development efforts alongside design and product teams. You will design, implement, and optimize scalable back-end systems, align across teams, and drive SCRUM ceremonies to ensure timely deliveries.

Ideal candidates have 4-5 years in backend development with ExpressJS, NodeJS, and AWS services, and possess strong data structures knowledge. Prior CI/CD and Git experience is essential.
