Confidential is seeking a Backend Developer / Senior Analyst to join our software team in India. You will design server-side logic with Node.js, implement data interchange between server and users, and maintain central databases for high performance.

Ideal candidate has 4–8 years of experience, strong communication, and ability to collaborate across teams. Knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure or AWS) and RESTful APIs is valued.

Qualifications

• 4–8 years of server-side web development using Node.js with MongoDB experience.

Job Description :

We are looking for a back-end developer who specializes in Node.js and responsible for managing the interchange of data between the server and the users. You will focus on developing server-side logic following best practices. You will also be responsible for the definition and maintenance of the central database and ensuring high performance and responsiveness to requests from the front-end. You will collaborate with different colleagues across teams to solve problems and build sophisticated products/solutions.

The ideal candidate must possess strong communication skills, with an ability to listen and comprehend information and share it with all the key stakeholders, highlighting opportunities for improvement and concerns, if any. He/she must be able to work collaboratively with teams to execute tasks within defined timeframes while maintaining high-quality standards and superior service levels.
