Job summary

Qualcomm India Private Limited is seeking a Hardware Engineer to plan, design, verify, and test electronic systems, including Digital/Analog/RF/optical systems, FPGA, and DSP platforms. The role involves bring-up yield, packaging, and working with cross-functional teams to meet performance objectives.

Minimum qualifications include advanced degrees with significant hardware verification experience and a strong background in verification methodologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 6+ years hardware engineering or related experience.
• Master's degree with 5+ years hardware engineering or related experience.
• PhD with 4+ years hardware engineering or related experience.

Responsibilities

• Create state-of-the-art UVM-based verification test benches and methodologies for complex IPs and sub-systems.
• Define test plans, tests, and verification infrastructure for modules, IPs, and sub-systems.
• Exposure to Power Aware Verification is a plus.
• Build reusable bus functional models, monitors, checkers, and scoreboards.
• Implement functional coverage and own verification closure.
• Collaborate with architects and design teams to ensure verification completeness.

3+ Years of experience in Design Verification.
