• Identify and meet potential leads who want to be entrepreneurs, explaining business opportunities and convincing them to start the Financial Products Distribution business and become a Financial Products Distributor/Partner.
• Provide financial products training to Distributors for Business Development.
• Plan activities and strategies for business development for distributors.
• Educate partners about the product portfolio and service offerings, evaluate their sales performance, and recommend improvements.
• Develop positive working relationships with partners to build business.
