Job Responsibilities
  • Receives and handles requests for service, following agreed procedures.
  • Promptly allocates calls as appropriate.
  • Logs incidents and service requests and maintains relevant records.
  • Identifies and classifies incident types and service interruptions.
  • Records incidents cataloguing them by symptom and resolution.
  • Acts under guidance to record and track reliability data for your services.
  • Collaborates with team members to identify and resolve issues related to IT.
  • Utilizes Microsoft Excel to organize and manage large amounts of data.

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Salary: ₹10,000.00 – ₹15,000.00 per month

Location: Kannur, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
