Job description

Role & Responsibilities:

1. Develop a schedule to assess training needs
2. Manage operations for the projects, interact with multiple NGOs on a daily basis, manage the TOT (IT and Soft Skills).
3. Track and compile Training/Trainers data.
4. Communicate training needs and online resources.
5. Prepare Monthly Training of Trainer Calendar and share with each NGO SPOC.
6. Responsible for Trainer’s Assessment & Certification.
7. Contact and utilize outside vendors and resources for instructional technology.
8. Create training strategies, initiatives, and materials.

Education Qualification:

Graduate (BCA/MCA/MBA) or Normal Graduate who has completed a 2 Year IT Diploma/soft skill diploma.

Past Experience/Skills Required (Mandatory):

1. Minimum 2-3 years of training experience.
2. Knowledge of the IT sector is mandatory.
3. Lots of initiative and a never-give-up attitude.
4. Experience working with the NGO sector is preferable.
