Qualifications

• Experience developing automated BMS test sequences using LabVIEW.
• Experience with CAN/CAN FD and I2C interfaces for module testing.
• Ability to perform Gauge R&R studies and ensure measurement repeatability.
• Familiarity with production test data tracking and traceability systems.
• Knowledge of UN 38.3, UL 1973, IEC 62619 standards.
• Strong debugging and root-cause analysis skills for manufacturing issues.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain automated BMS flashing and verification test sequences using NI LabVIEW.
• Perform module-level validation and testing through CAN, CAN FD, and I2C communication interfaces.
• Execute Gauge R&R studies and ensure accuracy and repeatability of voltage, resistance, and thermistor measurements.
• Integrate barcode scanners and traceability systems for production test data tracking.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards such as UN 38.3, UL 1973, and IEC 62619.
• Optimize test cycle times through parallel testing, DCIR testing, and cell balancing strategies.
• Troubleshoot and debug production-line issues related to test equipment, electrical assemblies, and manufacturing processes.
• Support root cause analysis of test failures and improve overall manufacturing quality.
