Role Overview:

• We are looking for a highly driven, execution-oriented Program Lead Community Initiatives to build and scale DWCTs charitable programs across Delhi.
• This role involves end-to-end ownershipfrom identifying opportunities and building partnerships to launching initiatives and ensuring their effective execution on the ground.
• The role will span multiple focus areas such as education support, community outreach, healthcare access programs, and other social initiatives.
• This is a hands-on, field-intensive role, not a desk-based position.

Key Responsibilities

1. Program Development & Expansion

• Identify opportunities to expand DWCTs charitable initiatives.
• Conceptualize and structure new programs aligned with DWCTs mission.
• Develop scalable models that can be replicated across locations.

2. Partnerships & Stakeholder Engagement

• Build relationships with: Government institutions (e.g., local authorities, police, etc.)
• Community leaders and organizations
• Potential implementation partners
• Present and position DWCTs initiatives to secure collaborations.

3. Program Execution & Operations

• Lead end-to-end implementation of programs.
• Set up new program sites and ensure smooth launches.
• Manage logistics, vendors, and on-ground resources.
• Ensure timelines and quality standards are met.
