Job description

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver NGFW projects in line with defined scope, timelines, and client requirements
• Perform hands‑on migration from Cisco ASA firewalls to Palo Alto NGFW
• Deploy, configure, optimize, and operationalize Palo Alto Networks firewall solutions
• Use Expedition and migration scripts for firewall migration activities
• Provide technical guidance and best practices for NGFW integration in enterprise environments
• Troubleshoot complex firewall and security issues and coordinate with TAC for resolution
• Communicate project progress, risks, and issues proactively to the Project Manager
• Prepare and maintain detailed technical, operational, and project documentation
• Work independently or lead technical teams depending on project requirements
• Deliver and document complex security solutions in customer environments

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of experience with enterprise security products, solutions, and technologies
• Minimum 5 years of experience managing security solutions in large enterprise environments
• Strong understanding of enterprise security threat landscapes
• Strong knowledge of Internet protocols and enterprise applications
• Proven hands‑on experience in Cisco ASA to Palo Alto NGFW migration (mandatory)
• Experience using Expedition and firewall migration scripts
• Deep expertise in deployment, configuration, troubleshooting, and operations of Palo Alto Networks firewalls
• PCNSE certification is mandatory (profiles without certification will not be considered)
• Programming or scripting experience in Python and/or Bash
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
• Familiarity with MS Project or similar project management tools
• Demonstrated technical leadership and project ownership
