Key Responsibilities:

1. Conducting market research and analyzing trends to identify opportunities.
2. Leading and coordinating cross-functional teams throughout the product development lifecycle.
3. Developing and planning a product roadmap aligned with the company’s strategic goals.
4. Overseeing the entire product lifecycle from concept to launch, including ideation, prototyping, testing, and production.
5. Ensuring product designs meet quality, durability, and usability standards.
6. Partnering with sourcing and procurement teams to identify and manage suppliers and manufacturers.
7. Developing and managing project timelines, budgets, and resources.
8. Managing stakeholder communication, providing regular updates on product progress and milestones.
9. Business development and category management.

Qualifications:

1. Master's Degree in Product Design and Development.
2. Bachelor’s degree in Product Design, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
