Job summary

Medoralink in India seeks a skilled Neurosurgeon to join a fast-evolving neurosurgical care team. You will perform complex cranial and spinal procedures, lead pre-op to post-op care, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to improve outcomes.

The role includes mentoring junior surgeons, contributing to clinical research, and adopting advanced neuro-navigation and robotic-assisted tools. Relocation assistance and professional growth pathways are available.

Qualifications

• MBBS with MCh Neurosurgery or DNB Neurosurgery and valid NMC registration.
• ACLS certification required and proficiency in microsurgical techniques.
• Experience with neuronavigation and intraoperative MRI/CT is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform complex cranial, spinal, and vascular neurosurgical procedures with precision.
• Lead pre-op diagnostics, intra-op decisions, and post-op recovery protocols.
• Collaborate with neurologists, radiologists, and ICU teams for integrated care.
• Train and mentor junior surgeons and residents in advanced techniques and safety.
• Contribute to clinical research and adopt emerging neuro-navigation tools.
• Ensure compliance with national/international standards and surgical audits.

Role & Responsibilities

• Perform complex cranial, spinal, and vascular neurosurgical procedures with precision and minimal invasiveness.
• Lead pre-op diagnostics, intra-op decision-making, and post-op recovery protocols for critical neurological cases.
• Collaborate with neurologists, radiologists, and ICU teams to deliver integrated, outcome-focused patient care.
• Train and mentor junior surgeons and residents in advanced neurosurgical techniques and safety protocols.
• Contribute to clinical research, participate in neurosurgical trials, and adopt emerging neuro-navigation & robotic-assisted tools.
• Ensure compliance with national and international neurosurgical standards, documentation, and surgical audit frameworks.

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have

• MBBS + MCh Neurosurgery / DNB Neurosurgery
• Valid NMC registration
• ACLS certification
• Proficiency in microsurgical techniques
• Competency in endoscopic neurosurgery
• Experience with neuronavigation systems
• familiarity with intraoperative MRI/CT setups
• Fluency in managing neurotrauma and tumor resections
