Job summary

Medoralink in India is scaling its clinical neurosurgery team to deliver advanced cranial, spinal, and vascular care with precision. You will lead pre-op diagnostics, intra-op decisions, and post-op protocols in close collaboration with neurologists, radiologists, and ICU teams.

You will mentor residents, participate in research, and utilize neuronavigation, intraoperative MRI/CT, and robotic tools while upholding global standards.

Qualifications

• MBBS plus MCh Neurosurgery or DNB Neurosurgery required.
• Valid NMC registration.
• ACLS certification.
• Proficiency in microsurgical techniques.
• Experience with neuronavigation systems and intraoperative MRI/CT.
• Fluency in managing neurotrauma and tumor resections.

Responsibilities

• Perform complex cranial, spinal, and vascular neurosurgical procedures with precision and minimal invasiveness.
• Lead pre-op diagnostics, intra-op decision-making, and post-op recovery protocols for critical neurological cases.
• Collaborate with neurologists, radiologists, and ICU teams to deliver integrated, outcome-focused patient care.
• Train and mentor junior surgeons and residents in advanced neurosurgical techniques and safety protocols.
• Contribute to clinical research, participate in neurosurgical trials, and adopt emerging neuro-navigation & robotic-assisted tools.
• Ensure compliance with national and international neurosurgical standards, documentation, and surgical audit frameworks.

• Fellowship in functional or pediatric neurosurgery
• Experience with robotic-assisted neurosurgery
• Publications or presentations in neurosurgical journals
