Job summary

NTT DATA North America is seeking a Senior Network Engineer to manage and optimize enterprise LAN/WAN infrastructure. The role involves resolving complex network incidents, designing routing and switching solutions, and administering F5 load balancers in a 24x7 production environment.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years of hands‑on experience in large enterprise networks, strong Layer 2/3 expertise, and proficiency with ITIL processes and ServiceNow ticketing.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience supporting and managing enterprise LAN/WAN network infrastructures.
• Extensive hands‑on experience with Routing & Switching technologies in large enterprise environments.
• Strong expertise in Layer 2 and Layer 3 networking, including VLANs, STP/RSTP/MSTP, HSRP/VRRP, OSPF, BGP, EIGRP.
• Hands‑on experience administering, configuring, and troubleshooting F5 Load Balancers (Required).
• Familiarity with ITIL and Change Management processes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Demonstrate strong communication, presentation, and customer service skills while working with technical and non-technical audiences.

Basic Required Qualifications

• Experience working in 24x7 operational support organizations.
• Strong documentation, presentation, and stakeholder communication skills.
