Installation & Configuration of Client OS (Windows 8/9/10/11)
Installation & Configuration of Desktop/Laptop/Printer/Scanner
Knowledge of MS Office 365, and Outlook Troubleshooting
Knowledge of Network Basics Configuration & Troubleshooting
Experience of using Active Directory, DNS & DHCP
Must Have Knowledge Remote Support Applications Like Any AnyDesk, TeamViewer, VNC
Good Written & Verbal Communication Skill
(CCNA & MCSA Certification Additional Advantage)
(Must known Server Environment, Basic Knowledge in Windows Server must)
