Job Title: Network SME - Telecom OSS / FTTx / 4G-5G Networks

Experience: 10-15 Years

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Network SME with strong expertise in Telecom OSS, Fiber Networks (FTTx), and Wireless Networks (4G/5G). The ideal candidate will be responsible for network design, implementation, troubleshooting, performance optimization, and operational support across telecom environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and support Telecom OSS platforms and network operations.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize FTTx network infrastructure.
• Support 4G/5G wireless network deployment, integration, and performance tuning.
• Analyze network faults and provide effective resolution within SLAs.
• Perform network planning, capacity management, and performance reporting.
• Work with cross-functional teams on network upgrades, migrations, and deployments.
• Ensure network availability, reliability, and service quality.
• Support incident, problem, and change management activities.
• Maintain network documentation, SOPs, and technical reports.

Required Skills

• Telecom OSS (Fault Management, Performance Management, Configuration Management).
• Strong knowledge of Fiber Networks (FTTx, GPON, OLT, ONT, Fiber Planning).
• Hands-on experience with Wireless Networks (4G LTE, 5G NR).
• Understanding of RAN, Core Network, Transport Network, and IP Networking.
• Experience with network monitoring and troubleshooting tools.
• Knowledge of TCP/IP, Routing, Switching, MPLS, and Network Protocols.
• Familiarity with Nokia, Ericsson, Huawei, Cisco, or Juniper environments.

Preferred Skills

• Network Automation and Scripting (Python, Shell).
• SDN/NFV knowledge.
